Pelvic Floor Workout by Man Flow Yoga

I recently watched this great Pelvic Floor Workout in which Dean Pohlman - Man Flow Yoga and Dr. Lance Frank - Flex PT ATL explain and show some amazing exercises to train your Pelvic Floor.

In their words: "Here’s a follow-along workout to help with pelvic floor issues related to an overactive pelvic floor, including premature ejaculation, constipation, dribbling, some forms of erectile dysfunction, and chronic pelvic pain."

I personally have great results regarding ejaculation control with the relaxing of my Pelvic Floor Muscles. When fully focusing on relaxing them I am able to hold off my ejaculation; I reckoned that this is easier when masturbating or receiving oral or a handjob compared to intercourse.
